November 18th, 2006 - A film debue was held in Safety Harbor, Florida, at the Saftey Harbor Resort and Spa. The movie trailer was shown to the appreciation of over 100 guests including Roman Re-enactors, Mr and Mrs. Robert Garbisch, Mr. and Mrs. Marty Howes, Albert Barbato, David Wiedenkeller, Mr. and Mrs. John Stein, Beth and Connor.
A live gladiator fight, comical slide show, dinner, dancing, recongnitions and acknowledgements, made the event a party to remember. Suggests were made by Roman Reeaactors who were in attendence to Gary Barbosa, which were the seeds of the PAX AMERICANA.
October 16 - October 17, 2004 - Nashville Filming Event and Festival completed, featuring over 100 Roman Soldiers, and 100 Roman Re-enactors. One of the most notable scenes filmed was when 50 Legionaries fought 50 other Legionaries an a mock civil war battle. The only problem was that once the fighting started, we could not stop it, until our re-enactors ceased battle due to exhaustion. This was deemed the most excitement of the event, second only to the arena scene and the other filming.
July 8, 2004 – Professional
Bodybuilder and Actress Monica Martin signs for the lead role in the feature
film trailer for Charioteer.

June 12, 2004 – Champion’s Gary Barbosa
attends the Roman Re-enactment event at the Marietta Mansion, in Maryland.
Ted Gesing and his film crew shoot gladiatorial fighting, Roman life,
and Romans in maneuvers.
May 15, 2004 – Ted Gesing and his camera crew
travel to Woodstock, Connecticut to catch Gladiatorial fighting and Roman
Re-enactors on film.

in Rome, Italy commemorating the birth of Rome on April 18,th 2004. News coverage
is shown in Europe, South Korea, Japan, and the United Kingdom.

April 15, 2004 – Champion’s Gary Barbosa
travels to Newark, New Jersey to be interviewed and taped by Ted Gesing
relative to the Nashville Film Trailer.
April 12, 2004 – Ted Gesing, a film producer
from New York, informs Champion that he wants to do a documentary film
about the author of the screenplay and two novels, which support Champion’s
film project.
April 5, 2004 – Champion One is invited by the
actor, Dan Hight, who plays Emperor Vespasian for the British Broadcasting
Network (BBC) to participate in a parade in Rome featuring 700 Roman Legionaries
from Europe.
March 12, 2004 – Tampa, Florida - Champion shoots
the covers for both Novel One and Novel Two featuring ex-professional
bodybuilder Laura Bass.
November, 13 2003 – Champion One Productions
and cinematographer Curtis Graham, in addition to lead actress Laura Bass,
revisit the Parthenon in Nashville, Tennessee. Roman Re-enactor Patrick
Owen assists in locating the War Memorial Building, which is chosen as
a second site for filming.
November 8, 2003 – Champion’s Gary Barbosa
visits the Legion in the Charleston area of South Carolina. Notable was
the recital regarding the crucifixion of Christ, the camp set-up, and
gladiatorial fighting.
October 2003 – Champion One visits the encampment
at Prado National Park, in California, witnessing one thousand battling
medieval and Roman soldiers. Meet with Sean Richards and discuss various
battle scenes for filming.
September 2003 – Champion One attends Roman Market
days in Hollis, Maine. Meet with John Ebel, and George Metz who detail
the network of Roman Re-enactors throughout the United States.
August 2003 – Champion One Productions and its
film crew visit and preview the Parthenon in Nashville, Tennessee as potential
film site. Choose site for filming.
